Federal Judge Upholds Most of Alabama Law

U.S. District Judge Sharon Lovelace Blackburn issued a major ruling today that upheld most parts of Alabama's immigration enforcement law that the state legislature passed earlier this year. The bill, which included mandatory E-Verify and a trespassing ordinance, was regarded as the strongest immigration enforcement bill passed at the state level.

Unlike rulings made by a federal district court and circuit court of appeals on Arizon'a SB1070, Judge Blackburn upheld the provision that allows police officers to ask for proof of legal status during routine police stops.

Judge Blackburn also upheld provisions that require schools to check the immigration status of students, nullify contracts signed by illegal aliens, and makes it a felony for illegal aliens to apply for a license plate, driver's license, or business license.

The provisions blocked by Judge Blackburn include:

• Stopping an "unauthorized alien" from seeking work as an employee or independent contractor.
• Criminalizing those who assist unauthorized aliens. She blocked a large section which would make it against the law to conceal, harbor, transport or encourage an illegal alien to stay in Alabama. This includes portions of the law referring to landlords.
• Stopping businesses from deducting the wages they pay to unauthorized aliens from their state taxes.
• Stopping the state from creating a new protected class of workers. The new law would have allowed workers who were not hired or fired instead of unauthorized aliens to sue employers for discrimination.

The lawsuit was led by the U.S. Attorney General's Office. Most provisions of the law were set to go into effect on September 1, but Judge Blackburn issued an injunction until she could rule on the case.

Comment:

Like I said in an earlier post, this is just another case of a "Knight In Shining Armour" to distract the people and make them think the government is doing all it can to solve the issue du jour (issue of the day). However, if it frees up some jobs for American citizens, and discourages some illegals into going back home, or from coming here in the first place, then it's better than nothing.

But we must never let ourselves be fooled by these tactics. The government couldn't care less about the White Working class, or the other working classes for that matter. We are nothing but cheap labour to them to be used, then thrown away when we're no longer needed or useful.

The only real hope of security we have is through National Socialism. ZOG knows this. The Judeo-Capitalists know this. The Banksters know this. The Jews Media knows this. They know they must destroy us, or at least suppress us, or they have had it.

I've heard so many Anti's say that under National Socialism, there will be no freedom. The type of freedom they THINK they have is an illusion. We, and the anti's as well are all on a leash held by ZOG and the Judeo-Capitalists. If

even the anti's tug on that leash too hard, they'll hang by it.

True freedom depends on a government that looks out for the welfare of it's citizens FIRST. A government that provides gainful employment, a stable currency/economy, proper care for the elderly and disabled, true national security, and preventing an elite minority from controlling the nation's wealth. Without these things, there can be no true freedom.

National Socialism did this once for Germany. It can happen again in other nations as well. Germany again too. The NDP (German Democratic Party) already holds seats in two German states, and perhaps hundreds in local governments. They cannot by law call themselves National Socialist, but they are indeed. There are two other similar parties, the German People's Union, and the Republicans. Both are considered by the German government to be National Socialist and all hold seats in state and local government.

Considering all the laws openly stacked against National Socialism in Germany, it is still making a comeback. Since the United States does not have these open anti-Nazi laws, there is no reason we can't succeed here as well.

But it all is up to us. It won't happen unless WE make it happen. Not somebody else, but US. How? By ALL of us doing our part. Get out and distribute literature. Actively recruit. Donate a little money. And for those of you who are well off, but don't want to do all that work, then donate a little extra. It will all be put to good use. I promise that the money will never be used to take vacation trips to Mexico like a certain other NS leader (who shall remain nameless) did.
