Business Owner to Serve 10 Months in Prison After Hiring Illegal Aliens

Tuesday, March 8, 2011, 1:41 PM EST - posted on NumbersUSA

The president of a Southern California furniture manufacturer has been sentenced to 10 months in prison and fines totaling $15,000 for hiring illegal aliens and then obstructing police during the investigation. Rick Vartanian, president of Brownwood Furniture, pleaded guilty to the charges.

In 2009, Immigration and Customs Enforcement audited Brownwood Furniture and found that 61 of Vartanian's 73 workers didn't have the proper paperwork. Later in 2009, Vartanian informed ICE officials that he no longer employed the individuals, but after further investigation, ICE found that not only did he continue to employ 18 illegal aliens, but he also tried to protect them from detection and hired 12 additional illegal aliens.

"He provided false documents to ICE and he also made efforts to help illegal aliens evade detection," said Assistant U.S. Attorney Ranee Katzenstein in a statement.

Vartanian could have faced up to 66 months in prison. The vice president of Brownwood Furniture has also been charged and could face up to six months in prison. Vartanian was also sentenced to 100 hours of community service after he serves his jail time.

Comment:

This is what I was talking about in an earlier post. ZOG makes a showy bust every now and again here in California, or nationwide, for that matter to placate the sheeple. Yet there are still thousands of companies employing illegals still operating as of this writing. Gee, maybe Mr. Vartanian forgot to send Ms. Katzenstein her payola and she got mad and Jewed him good! LOL

Mississippi Company Pleads Guilty to Hiring Illegal Workers

Monday, February 28, 2011, 12:41 PM EST - posted on NumbersUSA

In August 2008, the Howard Industries electrical plant in Laurel, Mississippi, was raided by ICE and more than 600 illegal aliens were arrested. Last week, the company pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate America's immigration laws in connection to this raid.

On August 27, 2008, we ran a story about ICE's enforcement action:

The Howard Industries plant in Laurel produces electrical transformers. Late yesterday afternoon, the suspected illegal workers were placed into unmarked white vans and transported for processing and possible arrest.

Barbara Gonzalez, a spokeswoman for ICE, said, "This is a targeted enforcement operation that is part of an ongoing ICE investigation that has revealed that illegal aliens are employed at Howard Industries." However, a Howard Industries statement released subsequent to the raid stated, "Howard Industries runs every check allowed to ascertain the immigration status of all applicants for jobs.... It is company policy that it hires only U.S. citizens and legal immigrants."

And only two weeks later, we ran a story showing that American's were queuing up to fill the jobs formerly held by illegal aliens. Despite what pro-illegal worker advocates may say, these are not jobs American's won't do; these are jobs that Americans will do.

While Howard Industries claimed at the time that it was not company policy to hire illegal times, their plea in U.S. District Court proves their 2008 statement out to be false. The company said it was pleased to resolve the case "based on the actions of its former human resources manager Jose Humberto Gonzalez" and that illegal aliens used false documents to "circumvent the numerous identification checks" used by the company. However, prosecutors said the company knowingly hired illegal aliens and even ignored the status of illegal workers after the Social Security Administration had told the company that some of the Social Security numbers used by employees were not valid.

U.S. Attorney John M. Dowdy Jr. said, "the unlawful actions by companies like Howard Industries in this case contribute significantly to the problem of illegal immigration in the United States," took jobs away from American citizens who needed them, and encouraged illegal immigration.

Comment:

Good work by the government? On the surface, it seems that they are doing what they should be. But then again, that's what they want you to think. The American people have had enough of illegal immigrants. The last elections proved this. Many pro-illegal immigrant politicians were voted out of office. Too bad their replacements are just as bad. We traded bad politicians, for a different kind of bad politician. The ones voted out were bleeding heart liberals. Now we have a Judeo-Capitalist majority in power. In many ways, things will get worse. Our current leaders are making a few "showy" raids on businesses that hire illegals to placate the sheeple. In other words, they're throwing us a few peanuts to shut us up.

The Republicrats don't want to stop illegal immigration any more than do the Democans. They just want it for different reasons. The Democans want it because they're bleeding heart liberals. The Republicrats want it because the illegals are a cheap labour force for them to exploit in their gross capitalist businesses. Some of them have actually said that these businesses can't survive WITHOUT illegal immigrants. Well TS. If they can't make it without illegals, then those businesses are not economically viable, and should be shut down.

Comrades, in National Socialist Germany, business was booming. All citizens who wanted a job had one. No one was allowed to exploit foreign labour. The notion that illegals are a vital part of the economy is laughable. It's only a vital part of the Judeo-Capitalist's economy. Slave-labour puts a few more million dollars in each of their pockets every year - maybe more. I think they make way more than is generally believed.

This country is near the end. The dry rot has progressed to a point where it is irreversible. When it does collapse, what will take its place? We will have something to say about it, but only if we are willing to work and sacrifice. NO MORE EXCUSES! LET'S GET ON IT!

Rep. Peter DeFazio Introduces Mandatory E-Verify Bill in the House

Monday, January 31, 2011, 1:36 PM EST - posted on NumbersUSA

Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Ore.) has introduced a new House bill that would require the mandatory use of E-Verify for all businesses in the United States. The Triple E-VICT Act would help the 22 million Americans who can't find full-time work by ensuring jobs don't go to illegal aliens. Rep. DeFazio is a pro-environment Democrat who also understands the impact that high immigration levels, partly caused by illegal immigration, have on future environmental sustainability.
Rep. DeFazio's Triple E-VICT Act would require all employers to check the worker eligibility status of current and future employees. Employers would have to begin checking new hires within two years of the bill's passage. Public employers would then have 3 years to screen all current employees, and private employers would have up to 6 years to screen all current employees. The Triple E-VICT Act would end the jobs magnet that is the root cause of most illegal immigration.

The Triple E-VICT Act would also increase fines and penalties for businesses who don't comply or still hire illegal alien workers. The bill's provisions would also root out identity theft and fraud and close up any current loopholes.

Ninety-seven percent of employees receive an automatic confirmation from E-Verify within 24 hours and require no further action. Of the 2.6 percent that receive tentative non-confirmations, 0.3% are eventually cleared and 2.3% are deemed ineligible to work in the United States.

Comment:

This is a start, but it is not enough. In addition to eliminating the jobs magnet, we need to start massive deportations. However, even when ICE knows about illegals, they don't deport them. They say they can't be bothered with an illegal here, and another there.

That is part of it, but the fat cats don't want to lose their slave-labour force, while others are afraid of "offending" the Mexican-American community. Hell, most of them agree with us on this issue nowadays!

On the other hand, ICE and the Border Patrol are understaffed. We need to increase manpower, which would in turn provide much needed jobs, and help get rid of these invaders. Where would the money to increase manpower come from? Easy! BRING OUR TROOPS HOME FROM THAT USELESS WAR!

This is more difficult than it sounds because the Judeo-Capitalists who instigated this and most previous wars don't want to lose all the obscene amount of profits that are being generated from them. This is why the only hope of salvation for this nation is National Socialism. The fat cats know this. That's why they spend so much money and time making certain the sheeple see us as evil lunatics. Repeat a lie often enough and people will believe it.
