The illegal immigration issue is reaching a fever pitch again in America with President Obama pushing for new Amnesty legislation, the state of Arizona setting the bar higher for state enforcement our immigration laws, and the President of Mexico insulting our citizens by demanding that his citizens be immune from our existing immigration laws.
We are now at a critical juncture where the Open Borders Lobby, which is responsible for the non-enforcement of our existing laws, the presence of over 12 million illegal aliens, and all of the lost American jobs, wages, tax resources, property, and lives have put all of their chips in the center of the table.
Every bad actor, Republican or Democrat, has come out of the woodwork to bash Arizona and Arizona's new immigration law SB 1070 because this bill, and the resulting polls showing 60-81% public support, has thrown a monkey wrench into the plans to grant Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty to 12 million illegals and turn them into voters voters in order to destroy the sovereignty of the United States.
The AZ bill combined with Republican US Senator Lindsey Graham's rapid departure from the amnesty negotiating table with President Obama seven short days after ALIPAC hit him full force across the bow has virtually destroyed the chances of Amnesty passing in 2010.
President Obama, DHS chief Janet Napolitano, the National Council of La Raza and others continue to speak optimistically about Amnesty legislation because they know that an exodus of illegal aliens is already brewing in America. Reports are coming in from different states that many illegals are leaving due to the bad economy, new state laws, and social pressure from the American public that has become enraged over the foul treatment of Arizona in the press.
Obama and some Republicans are trying to prevent an overt mass exodus and fear that the illegal aliens are going to flee Arizona in large numbers soon. Such a notable exodus would demoralize their Latino voters, the half who supports Amnesty, and cost Democrats even more seats in the 2010 elections. But more importantly, a mass exodus of illegals from the US or even just Arizona would illustrate the fact there is no need for door to door searches, mass deportations, or Amnesty. Enforce our existing laws with local police and illegals start to leave on their own!
So what can the average American do to help Arizona right now? What can each of us do to fight back against such impressive powers arrayed against us? We have President Obama admitting he will ignore his Constitutional requirements to enforce our laws and his political pit bull Janet Napolitano chomping at the bit to use the Federal government, and possibly US troops, to intimidate and suppress conservative Americans!
We must have a political and peaceful REVOLUTION! Revolution NOW AMERICA!
America must get it right in the 2010 elections. That is where we must focus all of our time and resources immediately. Republicans like Dick Armey, Grover Norquist, Lindsey Graham, and John McCain are working behind the scenes to assure that you are forced to chose between one lying Democrat and one lying Republican who will both go to Washington and who will do nothing, or worse: they will vote for Amnesty for illegals in order to turn them into voters.
This is our winning strategy. This is the way we get millions of illegal aliens to leave America forever, with a story for others that breaking into the United States is a very bad idea.
While state legislation is very important and while we are happy with the efforts of our ALIPAC supporters to spread Arizona's SB 1070 to 18 other states for consideration, at the time of this article, state legislation is not enough.
While rallies and street demonstrations can help, if properly managed, and can be entertaining and cathartic, however, standing in the streets will have little impact on the plans of the Open Borders Lobby.
We want everyone to continue pushing state legislation, attending rallies, calling talk radio shows, organizing friends and neighbors, and engaging in activism efforts, but please join us in making the top priority focus campaigns and elections!
There are too many people who share our goal of securing America's borders and reversing illegal immigration who are running in different directions. While chaos will continue as things deteriorate inside of America, our job is to unify, focus, stick to our plan, and provide some added structure.
While we cannot do it all, and while there are many great candidates, groups, and activists doing their part, as an organization ALIPAC can influence the national debate and direction of our movement, as we have many times before. In fact, many of you have told us you count on us for the core strategies that can help save America and we are going to work diligently to deliver!
Our objective is to throw an unprecedented amount of incumbents out of Washington, DC by replacing them with candidates who will stand with the American public in support of immigration enforcement, instead of Amnesty.
Many of the candidates will lie profusely, just like John McCain is doing now, and fervently claim they oppose Amnesty.
ALIPAC will be launching candidate surveys soon and begin intensive research designed to try and help voters make good choices.
We have already endorsed 98 candidates for US Senate and Congress. Many of them are the incumbents who are on our side. You will recognize many of them such as Congressman Joe Wilson (R-SC), and Tom McClintock (R-CA). Others are challengers like JD Hayworth, who is now within 5 percent points of overtaking John McCain in Arizona.
We want you to begin by contacting the candidates we have already endorsed and provide them with your donations and your volunteer services.
Time and money. Time and money. Our goal is to provide our candidates with as many voters, contributions, and volunteers as possible.
You should check this page often for new endorsements and you can click on their names to access their campaign websites, where you can donate, volunteer, get yard signs, or learn more about the candidates.

ALIPAC has spent the last five years building up a political army of over 30,000 Americans for this moment. We will have many more with us by the time we get to November! We need more of you to lead the way now and to get on board the campaigns.
Think of each campaign as a small organization that needs your donations, your volunteerism, and every voter you can bring in the door. You can go meet other fine Americans on these campaigns, attend meetings, make calls, plant signs, walk neighborhoods, etc...
This is a political revolution, you are in our political army that is marching to victory in 2010. Any American can do what we are asking you to do and we need you to stand up and take action Now!
We will help you each step of the way.
Keep your eye on the prize and imagine what things can be like in early 2011, if we prevail.
Can you imagine a Congress and Senate, where Pelosi and Reid are no longer serving or if they are still there they are forced to the back row to watch in horror as true representatives of the people take up the gavels?
How about someone like Tom McClintock or Joe Wilson as speaker of the US House of Representatives?
In 2011, we need the White House and the treacherous administration of President Barrack Hussein Obama to be encircled by a hostile Congress that sends him the message he will secure our borders or we will impeach all the way down to the speaker of the house, if that is what is necessary to secure America and restore Constitutional governance by We The People!
Yes, this is a political revolution. Yes, you are needed in the campaigns and elections. Yes, we will get you the information and rapid training you need. Yes you can do this! Yes you must do this!
We have fought hard for the last year and a half to give the American public this final chance.
We fought hard to stop Amnesty for illegals and further abridgments of American 1st and 2nd amendment rights. We have held them at bay and with our political tackle of John McCain's buddy Lindsey Graham, you have your shot America. Don't let your nation down.
Arizona's new immigration law will become the trend of the future for America in 2011 and 2012, only if you completely decimate the Open Borders Lobby in Washington DC between now and the elections.
Thank you for your dedication and continued support. It is time to retake the cockpit of our government and take the controls away from the hijackers who are trying to crash our nation.

Mexico: 'U.S. troops OK, but no stopping illegals!
Foreign gov't warns 1,200 soldiers must not enforce immigration laws

The Mexican government has announced it respects the Obama administration's decision to send 1,200 National Guard troops to the U.S. southern border to counter cross-border drug and weapons trafficking - just as long as the troops don't enforce U.S. immigration laws.
Two soldiers from the Tennessee National Guard on duty along U.S.-Mexico border, near Yuma, Ariz.
The Embassy of Mexico in Washington, D.C., released the following statement on May 25:
Regarding the administration's decision to send 1,200 National Guard servicemen to the U.S. Southern border, the government of Mexico trusts that this decision will help to channel additional U.S. resources to enhance efforts to prevent the illegal flows of weapons and bulk cash into Mexico, which provide organized crime with its firepower and its ability to corrupt.
Additionally, the government of Mexico expects that National Guard personnel will strengthen U.S. operations in the fight against transnational organized crime that operates on both sides of our common border and that it will not, in accordance to its legal obligations, conduct activities directly linked to the enforcement of immigration laws [emphasis added].
Upon learning of the statement, former Rep. Tom Tancredo told WND, "The Mexican government can be assured that there will be no attempt to enforce immigration law by the National Guard because there is no attempt to enforce immigration law by the president of the United States."
Statement from Mexican Embassy in Washington, D.C.
Tancredo said he is certain the statement was released after the Mexican government communicated its expectations with the White House.
"I guarantee you that before Barack Obama decided to send the troops, he called the president of Mexico to let him know," Tancredo said. "Things like this don't happen without that kind of communication. This is proof of that. What they're doing here is reaffirming what the president told them."
Tancredo said 1,200 troops for a 2,000 mile border is an inadequate number because there have been requests for up to 8,000, with 6,000 in the Arizona area alone.
Former Rep. Tom Tancredo
"Remember, 1,200 means 400 in three shifts," he said. "If you do not have three shifts, what does it matter? You have 1,200 out there for eight hours a day and then you pull them back? It's ludicrous!"
Arizona border residents told Fox News today that Obama's wavering immigration policy is only making things worse.
"Every time our president talks to the Mexican president, or every time the word amnesty comes over the Mexican news, there is a flood of people," said one unnamed resident who feared retaliation.
The residents said troops won't deter illegal aliens and drug smugglers.
"There's guys out here with no guns, and they're our troops," she said. "The Mexicans think we're nuts."
As WND recently reported, thousands of illegal aliens apprehended along the 2,000 mile border stretching through California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas aren't even from Mexico. Many are citizens of countries that are known sponsors of terrorism, including Afghanistan, Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Yemen, Sudan, Syria and Iran.
Tancredo said he doesn't believe the U.S. government's decision to send troops is intended to improve the situation.
"I don't think anybody thinks this matters," he said. "Obama certainly doesn't. That's why he's doing it."
He added, "The desire is not to fix the problem. The desire is to have amnesty. All of this is in anticipation of amnesty."
How about that folks? The troops will just stand by and do nothing while these greasy Mestizos repeatedly violate our borders. It goes to prove that the government doesn't want to stop illegals. Why should they? These border jumpers are a vast source of cheap, exploitable labour for the wealth Jew business owners, and if Obama gets his way, his Amnesty plan will provide millions of new members to the Democratic party.
If this happens, it will be the beginning of the end of our two party system. If you say, "So what? Both parties are corrupt." Consider this: If the amnesty happens, we will have only a one party system, which will be the Socialist-Democrats, which will allow their Jew puppet masters to further tighten their grip. We've all got to pull together to keep this from happening on the state level. If your state is not already considering a law like Arizona's, you must demand that they do. If they are, you must voice your support for it. Don't remain silent any longer. Silence will be the death of our country, our race, and our culture. Speak up!

Speak up!

Interracial Marriage Still Rising, But Not As Fast
By HOPE YEN, Associated Press Writer Hope Yen, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON - Melting pot or racial divide? The growth of interracial marriages is slowing among U.S.-born Hispanics and Asians. Still, blacks are substantially more likely than before to marry whites.
The number of interracial marriages in the U.S. has risen 20 percent since 2000 to about 4.5 million, according to the latest census figures. While still growing, that number is a marked drop-off from the 65 percent increase between 1990 and 2000.
About 8 percent of U.S. marriages are mixed-race, up from 7 percent in 2000.
The latest trend belies notions of the U.S. as a post-racial, assimilated society. Demographers cite a steady flow of recent immigration that has given Hispanics and Asians more ethnically similar partners to choose from while creating some social distance from whites due to cultural and language differences.
White wariness toward a rapidly growing U.S. minority population also may be contributing to racial divisions, experts said.
"Racial boundaries are not going to disappear anytime soon," said Daniel Lichter, a professor of sociology and public policy at Cornell University. He noted the increase in anti-immigrant sentiment in the U.S. after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks as well as current tensions in Arizona over its new immigration law.
"With a white backlash toward immigrant groups, some immigrants are more likely to turn inward to each other for support," Lichter said.
Broken down by race, about 40 percent of U.S.-born Asians now marry whites - a figure unchanged since 1980. Their likelihood of marrying foreign-born Asians, meanwhile, multiplied 3 times for men and 5 times for women, to roughly 20 percent.
Among U.S.-born Hispanics, marriages with whites increased modestly from roughly 30 percent to 38 percent over the past three decades. But when it came to marriages with foreign-born Hispanics, the share doubled - to 12.5 percent for men, and 17.1 percent for women.
In contrast, blacks are now three times as likely to marry whites than in 1980. About 14.4 percent of black men and 6.5 percent of black women are currently in such mixed marriages, due to higher educational attainment, a more racially integrated military and a rising black middle class that provides more interaction with other races.
The numbers reflect in part an internal struggle that Asians and Hispanics say they feel navigating two cultural worlds - the U.S. and their parents' homeland.
Hai Nguyen, 37, of Houston recalls the instant connection she felt after meeting her first Vietnamese boyfriend, Greg, in college. Nguyen says while she had to explain herself to white boyfriends, with Greg it was a feeling that "he so gets me, because we eat the same food, we like the same things, our families know each other and there is so little that needs to be said."
With the enthusiastic support of her parents, she and Greg married. But their connection soon began to fade, due partly to Nguyen's budding career as a business analyst, which clashed with more traditional expectations for her to "always have fresh food on the table." The two divorced and Nguyen is now remarried to Jon, who is white.
"My parents have prejudices, but they've accepted it," said Nguyen. She described occasionally feeling different with her parents and other single-race couples. "They know it's inevitable. My native tongue will eventually fade, and history will take its course."
The demographic shifts can complicate conventional notions of racial identity.
Due to increasing interracial marriages, multiracial Americans are a small but fast-growing demographic group, making up about 5 percent of the minority population. Together with blacks, Hispanics and Asians, the Census Bureau estimates they collectively will represent a majority of the U.S. population by mid-century.
Still, many multiracial people - particularly those who are part black - shun a "multi" label in favor of identifying as a single race.
By some estimates, two-thirds of those who checked the single box of "black" on the census form are actually mixed, including President Barack Obama, who identified himself as black in the 2010 census even though his mother was white.
Census figures also show:
_Hawaii had the highest share of mixed marriages, about 32 percent. It was followed by Alaska, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Nevada, which ranged from 15 percent to 19 percent. The bottom five states were Pennsylvania, Maine, Kentucky, Mississippi and West Virginia, each ranging from 3 percent to 4 percent.
_Mississippi had the fastest growth in mixed marriages from 2000-08, a sign of closer ties between blacks and whites, though it still ranked second to last in overall share of mixed marriages.
_Mixed marriages jumped from 2.25 million to 3.7 million, or 65 percent, from 1990-2000, as such unions became more broadly accepted in Southern states.
_Among U.S.-born whites, about 0.3 percent married blacks in 1980; that figure rose to about 1 percent in 2008. About 0.3 percent of whites married Asians in 1980 and about 1 percent in 2008. About 2 percent of whites married Hispanics in 1980, rising to about 3.6 percent in 2008.
Juan Thurman, 37, a Houston sales account manager, says both family pressure and a strong ethnic identity weighed heavily on him as a Hispanic when he was dating, even as he found himself interacting more with other races in school.
In high school and at Rice University, Thurman said, he had fewer opportunities to meet Hispanic women in his honors classes. Ultimately, he married Emily, who is white, based on shared life views of gender equity and a liberal outlook toward religion. He relishes having friends of many different backgrounds.
"Interracial marriage is not a big deal," Thurman said. "Still, from a family standpoint, I did feel culturally different and I continue to feel so."
The figures come from previous censuses as well as the 2008 American Community Survey, which surveys 3 million households. The figures for "white" refer to those whites who are not of Hispanic ethnicity. For purposes of defining interracial marriages, Hispanic is counted as a race.
As far as I'm concerned, there is nothing worse than a race-traitor. These people are sick degenerates and should be treated accordingly. Statistics show that with eight out of ten Black/White couples, the woman is White. Blacks love to bag themselves a trophy Aryan wife, since their women, with a few exceptions are butt ugly.
As to these traitorous White women, some of them do it because of the so-called 'Black Myth' regarding the size of their genitals. Well, I have no interest in a woman who thinks that's the most desirable quality in a man. When these sick women lie down White, they should be aware of how terribly they treat women. Black men think they should be the boss of the relationship because they're the men. Any White woman that lies down with one of them may very well get exactly what she deserves. Remember Nicole Brown Simpson? If she had stuck with her own kind, she'd probably be alive today.

Judge Sentences Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick to 5 Years in Prison
Judge Sentences Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick to 5 Years in Prison
Published May 25, 2010
Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was sentenced to up to five years in prison Tuesday for violating the terms of his probation on an obstruction of justice conviction.
Kilpatrick, 39, asked Judge David Groner to show him compassion during the hearing, but Groner said "that ship has sailed."
Groner said Kilpatrick would have to serve at least 1 1/2 years in prison, but that he would be credited for 120 days of time served from his original sentence. He is still obligated to pay back the remaining balance of his $1 million debt to the city of Detroit.
Kilpatrick, the father of three young sons, was led from the courtroom in handcuffs.
Groner ruled last month that Kilpatrick failed to report all of his assets and meet other conditions of his probation. In court Tuesday, Groner scolded Kilpatrick for his continued lack of candor about his finances.
"Your continued attempt to cast yourself as the victim, your lack of forthrightness, your lack of contriteness and lack of humility ... clearly rehabilitation has failed," Groner told Kilpatrick after the former mayor spent about 15 minutes explaining why he should be allowed to return to his family in Dallas.
After Groner announced the sentence, a loud, collective gasp rose from many of Kilpatrick's supporters in the packed courtroom. Kilpatrick appeared shaken.
At issue is $1 million in restitution Kilpatrick owes the city after pleading guilty in 2008 to obstruction of justice. Sexually explicit text messages showed Kilpatrick, a Democrat, had lied under oath about an affair with a staff member.
State Corrections officials suggested Kilpatrick should spend less than a year in county jail. Defense attorneys wanted no jail time, saying it would hamper Kilpatrick's ability to pay the money he still owes. But prosecutors said two to five years in state prison would be appropriate.
After he was released from jail in February 2009, Kilpatrick found a job as a medical software salesman with Dallas-based Covisint. Since then, he has said he is working on his marriage and trying to be a better father to his three sons. He also has been making $3,000 monthly payments to the city of Detroit, saying he hopes to repay everything he owes.
He bloody well better! Every last cent plus interest. I suppose now the accusations of racism will begin. Racism my eye! Quite the opposite if you ask me. If he were White, he'd spend twice as much time in the pokey. The court went easy on him because he is Black, and no one wanted to be accused of racism. That's how non-Whites work. When all else fails, play the race card.

Nigger Racist Found GUILTY!
by Keith Hunt
A black woman who hurled a torrent of racial abuse at a white neighbour has escaped a jail sentence.
Church-goer Carol Maxwell launched a three-hour racist and foul-mouthed tirade at Andrew Thorn.
During the verbal attack she called him a "honky" and a white b******.
Judge Charles Macdonald QC branded the 44-year-old (pictured left, by Mike Gunnill) "an entrenched racist".
She denied racially aggravated intentional harassment, alarm and distress but was convicted by a jury.
Maxwell was sentenced to 26 weeks imprisonment suspended for 18 months and 200 hours unpaid work.
Maidstone Crown Court heard Mr Thorn was walking towards his flat Sutton-at-Hone, near Dartford, in August last year when Maxwell swore and called him a "white honky".
Prosecutor Neil Sandys said: "He understands that to be a term of abuse. It is just the same as black or 'Paki'.
"He didn’t want to respond and went into his flat.
"The tirade of abuse continued for some three hours."
The victim saw a bottle fly through the air and smash next to his car, followed by Maxwell shouting.
"At this stage, he could take it no longer and wanted to get assistance," said Mr Sandys.
"Mr Thorn made allegations. He felt it was racist and threatening."
Maxwell, now of Rochester Street, Chatham, told the judge when she appeared for sentence: "I feel there has been some misunderstanding about this.
"I am not a woman feminist organisation leader trying to protest racially.
"I just happen to have strong Christian principles I would stand by. I think there is an injustice I am here because of hooligans."
Judge Macdonald told Maxwell, who represented herself, having sacked her solicitor and barrister: "I observed you at trial.
"I reach the decision that you are, indeed, an entrenched racist."

Commitment
When and if you join Aryan Nations, you are making a commitment. If you accept a leadership position, even more so. This is not a social club. We are building a serious political and educational organisation. If you haven't the time, then don't bother. We need more than someone who just pays his dues and and sits at his computer. We need people of action. You need to be out on the streets giving out literature. Talking to people and recruiting. When you hear of an injustice against our Folk, you should be ready to write letters and make phone calls.
If all you want to do is sit at your computer and bitch about things and tell racialist jokes, then I suggest you join an appropriate forum, or or a National Socialist social site like Nazi Space. But if you are ready to walk the walk, then we need you.
If you make a commitment to us, and fail to live up to it, you will never advance in this organisation. You'll remain at the lower levels, while those around you who are willing to work get awards and are promoted. If you accept a leadership position and fail to perform your duties, you will be relieved of duty. If you repeatedly fail to pay your dues, we will drop you. We are not playing around!
Now I realise that sometimes we get extra busy. A special project at work, family problems, personal crises, and illnesses. As they say, sh*t happens. As Murphy's law states, it happens all too frequently. If and when such things happen, all you have to do is let us know that you're having some kind of a problem. It's when you go silent that we get pissed off. Unreturned phone calls and emails, especially if you're a leader are not acceptable. Just let us know what's up, and how long you may be out of things in order to deal with it. After all, how long does it take to write a brief email, or make a phone call to let us know that you are having some trouble?
We are not cold-hearted dictators, or as some have called us 'mini-Fuhrers'. We understand that things happen and have to be dealt with. All we ask is you keep us informed. That's as much a part of commitment as anything else. If your situation changes and you'll no longer have the time for us, then do the honourable thing: resign. If you're a leader, and you can no longer perform your duties, then it would also be the honourable thing to step down. If you still have the time to be a member, that's great. The most important thing is that you honour your commitments. If you can't, then we don't need you. If you can, then welcome to the fight!

A Shock! California Is joining Arizona!
California Protection Act of 2010
http://www.examiner.com/x-10317-San-...on-Act-of-2010
San Diego –A new state ballot initiative is set to challenge California’s hotly contentious illegal alien issue. Initiative 09-0010 will begin collecting signatures from California registered voters in June. Once the signatures are processed, the ballot will appear on the June 2010 statewide election ballot.
Dubbed as the “California Taxpayer Protection Act of 2010,” it sets out to protect California taxpayers from releasing public benefits to persons who cannot verify lawful presence in the country.
“It’s been a long process to get us this far,” said Ted Hilton of Taxpayer Revolution, the group who authored the initiative. “I’d say we’ve been working on this for more than 10 years. I’ve consulted with many Constitutional attorneys to get it right.”
His hard work is about to be put to the test. “California has been hit hard with illegal alien public spending that is out of control,” he contends.
Highlights of the proposed bill include, applicants for state, local, and state-administered federal aid to verify lawful presence in the United States. Additionally, applications for public benefits submitted by undocumented parents on behalf of their lawful-resident children will be given to federal authorities.
According to the Attorney General for the state of California, who prepares the title and summary, the state would deny birth certificates to children born to undocumented parents unless the mother provides a fingerprint and other information to be given to the federal authorities.
Finally, the initiative eliminates benefits for children in child-only CalWORKS cases which are not mandated by federal law.
“This initiative follows the intent of the framers of this country,” U.S. Rep. Brian Bilbray, R-Calif. said. “Article V of the 14th Amendment gives us the right to define subject to the jurisdiction.”
The bottom line is this initiative is a common sense approach, according to Bilbray. “This is a concept of fairness that is very moderately written to solve some of California’s problems.” He continues to say that it is absurd to write welfare checks to people without checking their legal status.
This ballot measure is surely going to raise the bar for the illegal immigration reform on both sides of the issue.
As recently as last month Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. is on record as saying, “we must stop these raids. They’re Un-American.”
For those who want reassurance, the public benefits restrictions in this initiative have already passed and are on the books in five states, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Oklahoma and Arizona. The latter state’s bill was challenged in the ninth circuit court and it was upheld to be lawful, says Hilton.
Verification of affidavits by qualified aliens for public benefits will be verified with Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE), operated by the Department of Homeland Security. This agency will be responsible for protecting the state’s taxpayers from unlawful disbursement of public-state-and-federal funds.
The Taxpayer Revolution organization contends that the state could save upwards of $2 billion dollars.
“This initiative will save taxpayer money and slow down rampant illegal border crossings,” Hilton states.
San Diego Minutemen Founder Jeff Schwilk concurs. “The bottom line is that this initiative turns off a very large magnet and stops the anchor baby factor. It basically keeps the family status the same as when they entered the country illegally.”
Schwilk’s involvement with Taxpayer Revolution dates back a number of years and he has witnessed all the hard work the organization has put into this proposed ballot measure.
Cuban national, Tony Dolz, a naturalized citizen, who immigrated legally to this country strongly believes this ballot measure is needed. “My father was an attorney before he died and instilled on his children a respect for the rule of law and above all for the U.S. Constitution,” he said.
“We are a generous nation as shown by taking 1.5 million immigrants annually, a greater number than any other nation in the world,” Dolz explains. “I believe that foreigners who jump in front of the line of millions of law abiding foreigners that are in the process of complying with our immigration laws and who are doing so are showing disrespect for our country and its laws.”
Finally Bilbray states, “This is the type of initiative that should be a federal law. I endorse this new proposed ballot initiative.”
Backed up by fact, Hilton notes in 1987 California’s teenage birth rate was below the national average. One short year later, pre-natal care commenced for illegal aliens. “Four years later that caused the state’s teenage birth rate to grow to twice the national average and the highest of any state,” says Hilton.
According to the State of California, Department of Public Health’s latest birth records show there were 562,157 live births. A staggering 293,276 were born to a mother of Hispanic background.
“The state estimates between 20-25 percent of all births each year are to those here illegally. It is becoming very evident that the parents lack the ability to pay for these births and immediately require public services to care for these children,” Hilton said.
“Our citizen movement will launch a state and national debate to bring an end to “birth tourism” and automatic citizenship in the United States,” Hilton continues.
“The goal to stop automatic citizenship is critical toward reducing crime. A major reason deported criminal illegal aliens return immediately to the country after deportation is because they have left behind children who were born in the U.S.”
Before leaving office former Homeland Security Director, Michael Chertoff reported there were more than two million criminal illegal aliens in the United States.
Other items included in the initiative:
Requires illegal mother to provide identification with a photograph, fingerprints and fees in person
Ends all illegal public funded benefits
Ends prenatal care for illegal aliens
Terminates all child welfare checks to illegal aliens (some of which are sent out of the country)
There may be those who will say that this will never pass in a million years. Need I remind you that most people thought California would support Gay marriage, yet they voted it down, so you never can tell. This initiative may not go as far as the Arizona law, but it is a step in the right direction.
Hilton is using a good tactic: Money. California is the most liberal state in the union, plus it has the highest Mexican population, and the highest illegal population. Bleeding heart liberals all want to help these 'poor people' - to a point. That point is when they really feel the financial pinch. In these tough financial times, that pinch hurts more that ever. Even the liberals are starting to say, "I can't afford this anymore!"
Also, this law is less likely to be shot down by the Federal court. Need I remind you that California is in the Ninth Circuit, the most liberal circuit of all. If this law holds up here, it will hold up anywhere. If you want to know just how liberal the Ninth is, it's up in San Fagsicko. Can't get worse than that!

Author of Arizona immigration law wants to end birthright citizenship
Author of Arizona immigration law wants to end birthright citizenship
The author of Arizona's immigration law, state Sen. Russell Pearce, told constituents he wants to pass another measure to invalidate citizenship granted to the children of illegal aliens.
Pearce wrote that he plans to "push for an Arizona bill that would refuse to accept or issue a birth certificate that recognizes citizenship to those born to illegal aliens, unless one parent is a citizen," in an email obtained by Phoenix CBS affiliate KPHO.
Pearce also forwarded an email from another correspondent expanding on the proposal — which he later told KPHO he didn't agree with. "If we are going to have an effect on the anchor baby racket, we need to target the mother. Call it sexist, but that's the way nature made it. Men don't drop anchor babies, illegal alien mothers do," the email said.
Pearce did tell the CBS affiliate, however, that he didn't see anything wrong with using the term "anchor baby" to refer to natural-born U.S. citizens.
Last year, 92 Congressmen sponsored a bill that would change the 14th Amendment so that children of illegal aliens born in the United States would not be granted citizenship. The bill is still in committee.
Last month, Rep. Duncan Hunter of California told a tea party rally he would support deporting children of illegal aliens, even if they are citizens.
"And we're not being mean. We're just saying it takes more than walking across the border to become an American citizen," he said. "It's what's in our souls."
His spokesman later sought to clarify the remarks with the Associated Press, saying that Duncan believes that "U.S.-born children of illegal immigrants should stay with their parents unless there is a legal guardian who could take care of them."

YES! YES! YES! It's about f*#king time! Illegals come here for our jobs, and/or to leech off of our social programs. Anchor babies are one of their most commonly used methods of remaining here in the United States.
The Fourteenth Amendment was NEVER intended to help illegals. It was intended to help the children of LEGAL immigrants so they wouldn't be required to go through the naturalisation process. These wetbacks come here to have their babies on the taxpayer dollar, and since their baby was born here, then it's an American citizen. They are the parents, and they have a right to be with their children, and their children are American citizens, they have the right to stay in this country, right? WRONG! Ship their brown a*#es back to Mexico, and their children too.
It's about time we stopped the illegals from using the Fourteenth Amendment as a loophole to stay in this country. I say only the children of legal immigrants have a right to be citizens.
Now the libertards and their left-wing allies in D.C. are really getting worried. They fear the gravy train is coming to a stop. No more easy paths to citizenship for the wets, and no more cheap, exploitable labour for the wealthy capitalists who employ them. This is long over due. GO ARIZONA!

Students Rally Against Arizona Law

REDLANDS, CA - University of Redlands students took to the streets Thursday evening to show their disagreement with an Arizona law they say legalizes racial profiling.
About 50 students rallied with signs and loudspeakers at the Market Night road block on Orange Street at Redlands Boulevard.
It was their second protest against Arizona Senate Bill 1070. The law requires officials to attempt to determine the immigration status of a person if there is "reasonable suspicion" they may be an undocumented immigrant during a legitimate encounter, according to an Arizona Senate fact sheet.
"A lot of people in Redlands are really conservative and don't know the facts on the laws that are being passed in Arizona," said university freshman Javier Espinoza, of San Rafael. "I want to let people see how it is racist and oppressing."
The students said the bill effectively legalizes racism in Arizona by allowing officers to question the citizenship status with only "reasonable suspicion" they may be undocumented immigrants.
The bill says officers may arrest if there is "probable cause to believe that the person has committed any public offense that makes them removable from the United States."
Opponents of the bill, however, say the bill in practice would legalize racial profiling, even though the law says officers may not stop a person solely because of their race.
Freshman Tania Martinez, of San Diego, said if a police officer saw a

person with white skin and a person with brown skin walking down the street, the officer would in all likelihood stop the person of color.
"What makes a person think of `reasonable suspicion' is the way a person looks and that is racial profiling," Espinoza said.
Espinoza said he fears the bill will send those without legal status into hiding.
"It's really sad that we live in a country that has prided itself on freedom and immigration and here we are allowing Gestapo-like tactics," Dobson said. "There are a number of startling similarities between Arizona and what the Nazis did to the Jews."
According to Arizona's Senate fact sheet, the bill is in compliance with federal law.
"The law is supported by a majority of citizens in both Arizona and the nation," said John Van Mouwerik, Redlands Townhall Patriots board member. "The federal government has failed to properly secure our borders and enforce currently existing immigration laws. Arizona has been forced to take action to protect the lives and property of its citizens."
Martinez said the president's public opposition to the law implies it goes beyond federal immigration laws.
"President Obama went on T.V. and said these actions are pretty extreme," Martinez said. "If he's saying that, then Arizona's law has to be different than federal law."
The students said laws are not always morally sound and cited previously legal practices like slavery.
"Just because something has been signed into law doesn't mean we should be allowed to do it," Dobson said.

Immigration Violation Tips Flood Ice Line

It's been a banner year for a toll-free tip line that citizens can call to report immigration violations.
Fueled in part by citizens fed up with illegal immigration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials received nearly 100,000 calls to the tip line from Oct. 1 through the end of April.
At this point in the previous fiscal year, the number was less than 64,000, said David Palmatier, chief of ICE's law enforcement support center in Williston, Vt.
"This current fiscal year is likely to be a record for us," he said.
Palmatier attributed the increase to an effective outreach campaign on the ICE website and extensive public service announcements in media outlets.
The tip line was started in 2003 as part of Operation Predator, a campaign to crack down on international child pornography and child sex tourism.
Palmatier said the effort was so successful ICE decided to expand it to cover all customs and immigration-related crimes.
But people calling to report low-level immigration violations, like a neighbor who might be an illegal immigrant, likely are not getting the responses they hope for.
"We focus on criminal activity," Palmatier said. "We're not really set up to respond to administrative violations. We have to prioritize. ICE has taken the position of going after the worst of the worst. That means criminal aliens."
Critics said part of ICE's job is to go after day laborers congregating in

hardware store parking lots.
"That's sort of the place where ICE, even without a tip, should be looking for people," said Ira Mehlman, spokesman for the Federation for American Immigration Reform, a Washington-based group that seeks to reduce immigration. "These are the sorts of obvious places that there should be law enforcement."
Mehlman recognizes ICE is hampered by limited resources.
"Obviously, there's a big job," Mehlman said. "You're going to need the manpower. That is one of the reasons we have strongly supported 287(g) and other programs designed to enlist the aid of local police."
People calling the tip line can select from a menu of options, including reporting information about most-wanted fugitives, human trafficking and employment of illegal immigrants, drug smuggling, child pornography, terrorist activity and financial crimes.
An employee at the ICE call center in Vermont will collect as much information from the caller as possible. Tips are written up and instantly sent via computer to local ICE field offices. ICE's Los Angeles field office oversees the San Bernardino County area.
About 60 people work in the call center. It's staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Wait times are about a minute, Palmatier said.
Investigators in the field offices decide whether to follow up on leads based on local resources and priorities.
Palmatier said he couldn't say how many tips are received for specific activities. ICE also doesn't break down tips by regions of the country, he said.
But he did say many of the calls are complaints about people working in the country illegally and the employers who hire them.
Other common tips involve allegations of people using fraudulent documents generated from fake Social Security numbers. Benefit fraud is another frequent complaint. An example is someone getting another person into the country through a false marriage.
Palmatier said ICE investigators do their best to respond to all tips, but they focus their resources on cases of criminal activity, public safety and national security.
Mehlman, the FAIR spokesman, said the public understandably is frustrated if someone calls the tip line several times and there is no action.
He criticized the Obama administration for lacking "the political will" to enforce immigration laws except in cases involving serious or violent felons.
Latino activists said they don't mind if the tip line is used to help apprehend dangerous criminals or foil terrorist plots.
"It's good as long as it's actually used for what it's intended," said Emilio Amaya, director of the San Bernardino Community Service Center, an immigrant support organization. "If it's just to turn in your neighbor because you don't like them, that's a problem."
Pompano Beach, Fla., resident David Caulkett said it was government inaction that prompted him to create the for-profit website, www.reportillegals.com.
For a $10 service charge, Caulkett will process reports from the public about suspected illegal immigrants and their employers as well as other immigration violations.
The reports are faxed to the appropriate government agency, but Caulkett said there is no guarantee complaints will be acted upon.
He said his service is faster and more convenient than other reporting channels.
Caulkett wouldn't disclose how many reports he receives or how much money he makes from the site.
The money pays for processing the reports as well as operation of the seven-year-old website. The funds also help run Caulkett's companion website, www.illegalaliens.us, which advocates increased immigration enforcement.
Caulkett, a 61-year-old who used to work in the high-tech computer industry, said he encourages people to use other reporting channels if they don't want to pay the fee.
"If we had a fair and functioning governmental system that enforced the law, I'd be happy to shut this website down," said Caulkett.
Rep. David Dreier, R-San Dimas, said he shares the frustrations of those who believe the federal government isn't doing enough to end illegal immigration.
"On-the-ground human intelligence is a critical source of information for ICE," Dreier said in a written statement, "and the tip line provides communities with a tool to report suspicious activity. I believe every credible lead should be investigated."
Dreier reiterated his call for passage of House Resolution 98, a bill he introduced last year that requires counterfeit-proof Social Security cards to end the job magnet that draws people to the United States illegally.
Rep. Gary Miller, R-Brea, called the ICE tip line "a great resource." But he said it alone won't stop the illegal immigration crisis.
Miller, whose district includes Chino and Chino Hills, said the federal government must expand programs like E-Verify to ensure employers hire legal workers.
"With the national unemployment rate at a 26-year high, it is time the administration enforce current immigration laws and crack down on the hiring of illegal aliens," Miller said in a statement. "By simply enforcing immigration laws, eight million jobs for citizens and legal workers would be created."
